At Batisko, we are committed to offering products that solve your cleaning challenges effectively. We recommend using our products for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@batisko.com.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will enter processing, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We believe in the effectiveness of our products. We encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return the items within 60 days under our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@batisko.com and include your Order Number or the Name and E-mail Address used for the order.

Damaged Items

We ensure careful packaging to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@batisko.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. Note that damage due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse is not covered.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as courier or customs issues. Please contact the courier directly for delivery problems. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If incorrect and not corrected within 24 hours, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
